GKB PLC Control Experiment Box This experiment box adopts the method of combining HHS imitation object with the real object. The imitation object will be used at the experiment, which doesn’t require a very fast speed, and the real object will be used at the experiment, which requires a high-speed control. So they are complementary HHS imitation object is our company’s innovative product,although it has no real electric appliance or mechanical construction, it’s almost the same as the industrial site in the experiment, and it is realer than the common experimental models and it helps the students to feel easier to understand the program’s logical relationship. Our goal is that, if the program can control the imitation object correctly, we can put it into practice. HHS imitation object is designed according to HHS simulation model concept. HHS simulation model concept:make use of the advanced computer simulation technique to simulate the physical(mechanical)components and parts,the actions of the physical(mechanical)components and parts are absolutely produced according to the real objects. It is like the real object there,completely passive. Lead its exterior connection out to the interface box. It seems as if the hardware and interconnector of an equipment (a system) have been connected, we only have to connect the connecting line which needs to be connected to PLC to the interface box. In this way, the discharge of PLC’S requisite equipment signal and the PLC control equipment’s actions can both be realized through the interface box. There are two types of connection between HHS imitation object: First, through the interface box,Second, throughRS232. Take the four-floor electric lift as an example to explain the working behavior of the HHS imitation object. It is connected to PLC through the interface box.
